Mark Sisson founded the site way back in 2006 with a simple personal mission ‘to empower people to take full responsibility of their own health and enjoyment of life by investigating, discussing, and critically rethinking everything we’ve assumed to be true about health and wellness.’ And Mark is well on course in implementing this vision. His approach is centred around the Primal Blueprint, a step-by-step guide to living like our Palaeolithic ancestors in terms of diet (and minus the slaughter of Mammoth and other beasts). This blog is published by Russ Crandall where you’ll find gluten-free and Paleo-friendly recipes posted every Tuesday. The recipes focus on classic, traditional, and international dishes from a historical, linguistic, and cultural perspective.
